About Me

Gaynor2022

Kia ora!  My name is Gaynor Clarke.

I love working with ECE teachers, leaders and managers because the work I do aligns with my three core values: RESPECT – TRUST – DIVERSITY

When I work with you as an emerging or experienced leader, I ask you trust me, and let you know that our sessions are a safe place. Leadership in ECE can be feel lonely at times, and knowing who to talk to, and who to confide in, can pose a dilemma.  I want to help you through my mentoring, coaching and online leadership courses.

When we work together, I am looking at the big picture, and I am looking at you as a whole person with personal and professional needs and goals for growth and development. That is why I have created a series of leadership courses and mentoring programmes to help you and your team thrive as ECE practitioners, and as individual people behind the professional job of teaching.

I would love to help you and your centre too.  I only work with a small number of leaders 1:1 each year, providing professional development webinars for leaders and teachers through the year, as well as online courses.

Are you ready?
